The Factory South Shore Reviews
Our waiter was fantastic! We got the Amish chicken & it was very tasty just wish there was less fat on some pieces & the carrots had no taste.
Nice place. Don’t think about enough.
Makes a nice summer night

We came with a pretty big group for my brother's 30th, including a 10 month old and a 4 year old, and they were very accommodating and patient with the kids. Very close to the FNB stadium so would recommend before a soccer game

The Factory South Shore is a spacious restaurant located inside a hotel, offering wonderful views of the river and downtown Pittsburgh. The atmosphere is open and airy, making it a nice place for a meal. Many reviews praise the service, highlighting the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, including waitresses and hosts who ensure guests have a pleasant experience.
The menu features various options, but some diners have noted that it can be limited at times. Popular dishes include the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and the Build Your Own Omelette, both of which received positive feedback. However, not all meals hit the mark; for instance, the SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP was criticized for being too salty and poorly presented, while the breakfast buffet received mixed reviews, with some items like French toast being burnt.
Overall, The Factory South Shore provides a blend of good food and attentive service, making it suitable for special occasions like anniversaries and casual dining alike. Despite some inconsistencies in food quality and menu variety, the restaurant aims to create a memorable dining experience for its guests.
