Kings Family Restaurants

The breakfast is good but our server was very kind and did an amazing job. The service was quick, the food was good, and we got out of the restaurant in good time to make our next game without feeling rushed.

The service was great. The food was served at the right temperature. Good value for the price

Good dinner. Fiesta grilled chicken salad. Got some cinnamon ice cream to go!

I ordered dinner online for pickup. Went to pick up and it wasn’t there. Was told a DoorDash driver picked it up. I never entered my address. Kings would not make my food over and I was told they don’t do anything with DoorDash. Again, I ordered for pickup. I never received my food, they are now closed and I’m out of my money because I won’t receive a refund from DoorDash for a few days. Thanks Kings. I won’t be spending my money there any longer.

Don’t order online for Kings. I ordered online for pickup. Went to get my order and it wasn’t there. Was told that DoorDash picked it up. I never entered my address. Never got my food and Kings wiped their hands clean of it stating they don’t deal with DoorDash. They should have made my food over. I have to wait for my refund from DoorDash. Now Kings is closed, I didn’t get dinner and im out of my money. Their customer service was horrible. I won’t go here again and give them any more of my money. There are a lot of other restaurants that would have made it right.

One waitress working hard, too hard. The 2 stars are for her. Others standing around. Mngr doesn't help. Knit cap wearing kid with his face in his phone. Several dirty tables untouched. Cold food.

Waitres didnt get the order right. Food was overpriced for the little amount. More bread than london broil. Never refilled drinks. Wont be coming back. Better places to eat for better value.

We had an incredible waiter who delivered our meals with a smile ? and a wonderful attitude. Thank you ☺️

My wife and I went here the waitress was funny. The food was fast and good. The "Good to Metcha" was delicious, and was reasonably priced. We will go back, I'm sure.

Great service and food. Really miss seeing Kings throughout the area they've closed too many of them

My mom and I loved going to Kings in Monroeville for dinner about once a month. Now they close at 3pm and it sucks to not have a Kings close for dinner anymore. This one is the next closest. It’s sad how Kings are seeming to be closing and dying down. But this Kings Restaurant is even better than the Monroeville one. We have been here twice in the past 2 months now and we got Dominick as our waiter. He is so pleasant so friendly so attentive and the best waiter to get. He really is a great waiter. It’s hard to find good ones like him. We really enjoy him.The restaurant doesn’t get to busy when we’re in there but they get more people than Monroeville that’s for sure. The place looks clean and they look short staffed the first time we were there but Dominick really looks like he hustles and gets everyone everything as quick as he can. The manager who was there tonight was very friendly too. We will keep returning to this location as long as it continues to stay open. My mom says please don’t close she loves Kings!

The place is old, but the food has gotten better! Some of the servers are great!

We had been at another restaurant, John Anthony's, & could not get our waitress to take our order, so we left & ended up stopping at King's Family Restaurant. I mention this, because the waitress at the first restaurant could absolutely take lessons from Beth, who is the absolutely wonderful waitress we had at King's! Beth was extremely pleasant, kind, quick, & impressively efficient. Honest to goodness, she could easily teach wait staff at a 5-star restaurant! Thank you, Beth. Good job to King's for their training! Merry Christmas!

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Only downside was the price.

The food was fantastic, Andrew (the server) was friendly and efficient. Overall a great experience, we will definitely be back!
