Lou has provided the most consistently delicious pizzas and hoagies for the past 50 years. Nothing better than a large pie with homemade hot Italian sausage and the best crust holding it all together. Grew up eating this pizza and is the first place I return to when back home in Plum!
Lou has been making the best pizza's on the east cost for well over 40 years in this same town, and the consistency now is the same as it was over 30 years ago, DELICIOUS. The crust is perfectly crafted to never be soggy and never overdone. The italian sausage is homemade and the quality is impeccable. He's a one man show in the kitchen and applies the same care to each and every pizza served from his shop. For real, delicious, and high quality pizza this is the real deal.
