“I was worried because of some recent negative reviews, but the food was truly delicious. I was especially surprised by the pickled lettuce and side dishes that came with the pork belly — they tasted so authentically Korean! (It must have been really hard to source those ingredients here.) When I had the soft tofu stew on the first day, the flavor was a bit mild for a Korean palate, so on the second day I asked if they could make the kimchi stew spicier with less broth — and wow, it was one of the best tuna kimchi stews I’ve had, even compared to ones in Korea.
I’m so happy to have found a spot like this in Pittsburgh, just like the one in Singapore. I’ll definitely keep coming back whenever I miss home or crave something healthy during my long business trip. Thank you so much, owner!“

“This place is simply awesome. A nice little spot that’s perfect for takeout. Their menu is kind of limited, but they have numerous Korean classics and some great fusion dishes. I decided to try their Korean bulgogi steak burrito.
It was spectacular. Way better than I had anticipated. The meat was tender and super flavorful. It’s not too spicy, and has a hint of sweetness to it. All the vegetables were super fresh and crisp. They do use quite a bit of rice, but I was quite alright with that. Great flavorful sauce.
The portion size itself wasn’t too large, but the price was also quite low, so I think the deal is pretty good.
All in all, I loved this place. Greta food for a very reasonable price. It’s a pretty perfect lunch spot. I definitely recommend the bulgogi burrito.
Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options, but all the main dishes have meat. Breakfast burrito and such, yes it vegetarian I believe. And there is the mandu as well“

“My first experience here was quite interesting. The biggest highlight was how perfectly juicy and delicious my chicken was. Also, Ginger beer isn't bad at all. The seaweed salad was generously delicious. I had to take it home to finish it all and I'm glad i did! The service was so friendly, and the restaurant was so clean, I was ecstatic to be there. Next time I'll bring a friend! Can't wait to try a new dish!“

“I am leaving Pittsburgh so I feel like I am obligated to leave review for this restaurant, which saved myself during my time in Pittsburgh. As Korean, I still believe this restaurant would be very popular if it were in Korea. Their chicken is sooo crispy even with sauces. The portion is amazing too. I never had any issue with the food. My one advice is get a rice bowl if you can and have it together with soy garlic/sweet spicy chicken.“

“We are here every Saturday since the kids’ art class is nearby. Spend 2-3 hours dining in and having hotpot most of the time. My husband likes the Sichuan hot pot the most and I like the sour and spicy golden soup base. It’s a family owned restaurant. Fresh ingredients. I recommend it to my friends who are craving for transitional Chinese hotpot. Pittsburgh doesn’t have much options. This is a very good one.“

“We came during The lunch rush because a bunch of Asians were going in which is always a good sign.
The food was good. The service was uneven. My noodles with beef came on a chipped plate. See photo. I only gave it a good rating because everybody liked the food.“

“I got the Kimchi Udon soup & my boyfriend got the Bulgogi. Both were very good! we also got the steamed dumplings & they also were very good. We sat at the counter & were able to watch them cook our food which is nice. This is a nice little restaurant with really good food. I recommend a visit here if you enjoy Jspanese food!“
