We have a kid in college and 2 in high school. Needless to say, we order here pretty often. We order online and pickup in the pizza portal. They get the order right every single time. Just always make sure you have everything before you leave. Sometimes they forget the breadsticks but they're always on the ball when you bring it to their attention.
I stopped going there for a year or so because service was so slow. Just tried again and nothing has changed. No ready to go and if order, tell you 10 minutes but really 35-40. Maybe having more than one person doing counter, making pizzas would help. Also no seating while you wait.Judging from review ratings I guess the priority is on door dash orders and not the person standing in front of you.

I ordered at 122pm, I walked in at 130 to a line of people complaining that they had been waiting over 30mins. Doordashers stating they been there for 45min-1hr. An older gentleman walked in with a steelers jacket just to talk to the employees. He didn't order anything, just walked in to talk for over 30mins until I advised him that they're behind and to let them finish up. The phone doesn't work. They don't take orders inside.
