The bartender and waitress talk about customers behind their backs. They get angry when you ask about ingredients because they aren't being treated well as employees. Saying they are about to pass out in response to me saying my blood sugar was low. Extremely snarky and those poor employees must get treated like trash to be almost passing out and unwilling to read off any nutritional info on the phone.
Bartender extremely rude when trying to obtain food allergy information. Female waitress made fun of me for calling first to ask. I was trying to help my son find safe foods because he was going into hypoglycemia. As my son was leaving, he said “you could be nicer to people.” The bartender replied, “I was nice, I saved your life.”

I know if nobody got me, my guy T got me he is the GOAT especially with those Irish mules. Truly a warm and welcoming bartender. This spot is always the highlight of my travels and makes me wanna fly out of PIT more often. I will miss it !

Actually doesn’t really have decent local craft beers. Like 2 eh ones.
I’m a frequent flyer out of Pittsburgh. I enjoy starting my trip with a visit to the 412 local. I’m often served by Cindy and others, all of whom are very welcoming and friendly every time. I think the food is some of the best at the airport. Looking forward to my next visit!

Don't settle for boring airport food! Local Craft offers a fantastic menu with unique Pittsburgh-inspired options, especially their gourmet sandwiches. I devoured a delicious sandwich called the Pittsburgh Cuban that was a highlight. Their Bloody Mary was also excellent. Highly recommend for a tasty pre-flight meal!

After waiting for an unreasonable amount of time without any service at the Penn brewery, we abandoned our seats and came here. Our server Randy greeted us as we walked in. His service was great! He talked us through the menu, answered all of the the questions we had. The food was delicious, and our drinks were never empty. THANKS AGAIN!
I walked in asking for an ice water. I was going to sit an order a beer while I waited to board. Without asking and just assuming that I was only wanting to fill my bottle, I was told to use the water fountain. The bartender walked away. Am I to assume that if I sat down at a table, I wouldn't get an ice water with my order! Very rude to assume, walk away and lose a customer!
Rude. Had over 35 mins before closing but the staff was rude and said no more food. Mind you it was only 7:25pm. Sad.

Best airport food experience! Great Greek salad with chicken. Friendly staff. Would eat again.
Great staff but bad breakfast. I got the two egg breakfast and the potatoes were under cooked, toast was hardly toasted, and the sausage was cold. Very disappointing.
Ratings are based on being in the airport. But bartender T is super great and the Reuben and Cole slaw were both really good. Great for an airport and very good compared to anywhere else.
T is the best (bartender)!
The Greek salad is second best.
Actually great and authentic with good grilled chicken. Other food looked great too. A must visit at the Pittsburgh airport!
Nicest staff ever and so welcoming and helpful. Delicious and amazing food. Coming back again when I get back to the state.
