Lunchtime was not very good for service & atmosphere. Felt rushed, even though there were not a lot of people in our section. The table and floor were dirty as if it was not cleaned up from the day before or they quickly cleaned up before seating us.

Whoever was cooking, chared the steaks too much. Burnt the edges.

We walked in to get in line for dinner and were told it would be 40-45 mins. Okay. Gave them my name and number and went back out to the car to wait after asking how many parties were ahead of us: they told us 5. Not too bad. The link I was sent via phone did not show what number we were in line, so after sitting in the car for 20 minutes, I called them for an update. Now we were 10th in line and apparently have a 60 minute wait because of their new “line cutter” function, aka “call ahead seating,” where you can apparently just cut in front of people already sitting at the restaurant waiting. Not going back here anytime soon.

Used the restroom was cold, dingy, and no hot water, and the towel dispenser did not work properly. The tonion appeared to have been an older onion because it was very dry and tough. The chicken that I ordered part of it was good, but half of it was undercooked. The honey mustard was rancid. The baked potato was dry. The waitress was fresh out of a traumatic relationship. Was friendlier to my wife than myself and would not make eye contact. When she would ask if we needed anything, it was always behind my husband and was very hard to hear as well as if it was an afterthought to check on us. The waitress really didn't want to see if we really wanted anything. The restaurant was very cold temperature and we could not take off our jackets even though we had on long sleeves it was just too cold. All staff was unfriendly and gave a sense that they were under a lit of pressure working there. It was our first time going to Longhorn Steakhouse, and with this horrible experience, we will never go back.

This was my first time at Longhorn and I hate to say that it will be my last. The waitress was wonderful. The side dishes were very good. Considering what I paid for the sirloin, $22, it was not cooked to my specification. If it's not going to be made the way you ask the customer how they'd like it made, why bother offering the choices? The steak was kind of tough and dry. For that kind of money I could have had two meals at Texas Roadhouse and had the steak made the way I like it which is medium well. I'm not angry I'm just disappointed and don't plan to ever go back. But again the waitress who took care of us was absolutely wonderful and I did enjoy the two different potato side dishes I had.

Terrible service - if you want to watch other tables get served that were seated after you and you aren’t even offered a drink yet then this is the place for you.

Always a good steak at Longhorn! I mostly attend for lunch, and I eat a Carnivore style of diet. Longhorn doesn't disappoint! Great service, fair prices, and a great meal.
