Its not always been this way. The food was meh. The server was awful, pressuring us to order and then there was pushback and accusations toward us when we asked for sides that were not brought to the table. Drinks and food were not served properly. Not a general manager in sight.

Emily E. was fantastic! She’s A sweetheart! Very kind. Very helpful. A+ service! The food was disappointing. The ribs were moist but a little pink and tasteless. And the veggies had too much oil. I was so hoping the food would be great. Oh well.

We went on a Sunday durning lunch. Probably around 1130. There may have been around 6 or 7 tables. Not many people at all.
We order drinks and the stuffed mushrooms app. They came out in a timely manner. Drinks were ok but the mushrooms were disgusting. Tasted microwaved and they were luke warm..not hot at all.
We ordered our meals ( 2 burgers and fries ) and more drinks. Waited a good 10 minutes for our drinks. Mind you this place is not crowded at all maybe 10 tables by this time including ours.
Almost 25 min later our burgers come out. Everything looked.good but nothing was hot. Like it has sat under a heat lamp for the last 15 min.
Really disappointing,

Food and service was good. Wasn't very busy. Because they share their parking lot with MANY retail stores, it's hard to find parking. And finding handicapped parking is almost impossible. In addition, a large portion of the lot, closest to the restaurant, is being used for electric car charging. 3 or 4 spaces are reserved for take out orders. And those spaces are ideal for extra handicapped parking. I had to wait for my handicapped spot and when I was leaving, there were people waiting for my spot. In my opinion, they need to rethink their parking situation. The other thing is I don't enjoy country music. The place was pretty quiet except for the music (lucky me), as there were not a lot of patrons. Our server was attentive, friendly and cheerful. The food was delicious and hot. The parking situation really harshed my buzz though. In all, I would rate the visit 8 of 10.

Steak was sent back after being overcooked, a hair was in the lemon too. Little bugs fly around as your eating inside. Used to consider prices reasonable and food decent but not ton8ght. Mgr. Brett said the hair found on the lemon didn't match any employee and may have been corn stalk? Ooookkkkkaaaaayyyy.

Lunchtime was not very good for service & atmosphere. Felt rushed, even though there were not a lot of people in our section. The table and floor were dirty as if it was not cleaned up from the day before or they quickly cleaned up before seating us.

Whoever was cooking, chared the steaks too much. Burnt the edges.

We walked in to get in line for dinner and were told it would be 40-45 mins. Okay. Gave them my name and number and went back out to the car to wait after asking how many parties were ahead of us: they told us 5. Not too bad. The link I was sent via phone did not show what number we were in line, so after sitting in the car for 20 minutes, I called them for an update. Now we were 10th in line and apparently have a 60 minute wait because of their new “line cutter” function, aka “call ahead seating,” where you can apparently just cut in front of people already sitting at the restaurant waiting. Not going back here anytime soon.

Used the restroom was cold, dingy, and no hot water, and the towel dispenser did not work properly. The tonion appeared to have been an older onion because it was very dry and tough. The chicken that I ordered part of it was good, but half of it was undercooked. The honey mustard was rancid. The baked potato was dry. The waitress was fresh out of a traumatic relationship. Was friendlier to my wife than myself and would not make eye contact. When she would ask if we needed anything, it was always behind my husband and was very hard to hear as well as if it was an afterthought to check on us. The waitress really didn't want to see if we really wanted anything. The restaurant was very cold temperature and we could not take off our jackets even though we had on long sleeves it was just too cold. All staff was unfriendly and gave a sense that they were under a lit of pressure working there. It was our first time going to Longhorn Steakhouse, and with this horrible experience, we will never go back.
