Lunchtime was not very good for service & atmosphere. Felt rushed, even though there were not a lot of people in our section. The table and floor were dirty as if it was not cleaned up from the day before or they quickly cleaned up before seating us.
This was my first time at Longhorn and I hate to say that it will be my last. The waitress was wonderful. The side dishes were very good. Considering what I paid for the sirloin, $22, it was not cooked to my specification. If it's not going to be made the way you ask the customer how they'd like it made, why bother offering the choices? The steak was kind of tough and dry. For that kind of money I could have had two meals at Texas Roadhouse and had the steak made the...
Every time I go here the service is good and polite. They do hustle. Food is usually below expectations. Cowboy porkchops are pathetic. Looks like they bought 3 thin cut chops from giant eagle over cooked them and over seasoned them. They were very sad... atmosphere i just feel like it needs a redo I just don't feel the wow factor.
