Last week I tried two of their 'stacks' both were very good. It was easy to pick up at the bar in Bar Louie. Unfortunately I went to order another and they took all the stacks off of the online ordering. I hope this is fixed soon especially since it's kind of the second part of the name.
I've only had good experiences w Mac n stacks. Love the southern style mac n cheese. It sounds like all the bad reviews are because of Uber eats lol. Driver's often don't wanna pick up food that late, so it goes through several drivers. My orders have taken an hour at times but they've never cancelled (don't get the fries, waste of money)
