It might seem simple but I love their Waffle Fries with Queso on them. I can't remember what they refer to it as. The servers are friendly and the decorations are great.
Really good Tex-Mex, wide ranging menu.
Bland Mexican rice. Burritos are packed with rice and beans and barely any meat. I also asked for raw onion to go on top of my Enchiladas and they couldn't take that extra step to do it.
Good food as always. The manager stopped by to check in on our food and we ended up chatting and joking with him. Good time with friends!
Service was terrible we got there before other people and still didn’t get our drinks before them and same with the food
The food was great . The wait was worth it. I wish the fried pickles were on the menu.
Fav beer
I have not been a Mad Mex in years. Took some family members today. Horrible is an understatement. The salsa with the chips was dry and bland looked old. We asked for queso it was $10 for salsa mixed with nacho cheese, their version of queso. The margaritas were bitter and the waitress said that’s how top shelf tequila is. We never asked for top shelf anything. The burrito I got had no flavor. It was just white rice black beans and chicken. With a side of the old salsa. The quesadilla was also bland with no flavor and it was cold. All told 77 dollars for horrible food and an unenthusiastic waitress. I will not be returning.

This is my family's go-to restaurant when we want to go out to eat.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! The kid meals come with dessert.

Great food and service! If it’s a slow day try to get Summer as your waitress, she’s the best!

Our service was outstanding. The server(Karry) was friendly and really efficient. I saw her checking our table, and ready to fill my coffee cup when needed. The food was also great!

Vegetarian options: The gobblerito is only around seasonally (leading up to Thanksgiving + one day in the summer) and it's one of my absolute favorite things to get at Mad Mex when it's around (extra gravy please). Occasionally I'll get a burrito (any kind) with fillings that aren't evenly spread throughout but that's easy enough to fix and their chips and salsa are consistently really good.
Parking: On really busy days the closest parking gets filled up but it shares a big lot with other companies.

Service good. Gobblerita tasty but lacking turkey. More stuffing than turkey. Happy hour was great with half priced beers.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the food and drinks were tasty. Seating and decor is a bit dated but great place to grab food with friends or co-workers.
Parking: It's on the corner of a shopping plaza so not a lot of spots directly infront of but there are plenty of spaces in the plaza.
