During my week-long stay in Pittsburgh, I had the pleasure of dining at Maiku Vietnamese Pho, and it truly stands out as the pinnacle of culinary excellence in the city. I explored various eateries throughout the city, but none matched the impeccable flavors and authenticity of Maiku's offerings. The moment you step in, the aroma of authentic Vietnamese cuisine envelops you, setting the stage for a remarkable dining experience. Their Pho is a symphony of flavors, each spoonful bursting with freshness and depth, reminiscent of the streets of Vietnam. But it's not just their Pho; every dish I tried showcased a dedication to quality ingredients and expert craftsmanship.Beyond the exquisite food, the service is unparalleled. The staff exudes warmth and hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. Whether you're a seasoned connoisseur of Vietnamese cuisine or a first-time visitor, Maiku Vietnamese Pho guarantees a culinary journey that will leave you craving for more.In conclusion, if you're in Pittsburgh and craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine, look no further than Maiku Vietnamese Pho. It's not just a restaurant; it's an experience that will linger in your memory long after the last bite.Highly recommended!

Broth is top notch--I could tell that a lot of care went into each type that I tried (spicy beef, seafood, and the beef tendons/tripe). There's not much space, so don't be surprised if you need to wait a bit for a table.

I have eaten with my family at Maiku for many years, enjoying the best pho and Banh Mi sandwiches I've had anywhere. The owner Michael is friendly.

How do I describe the Pho restaurant. It has most commonly seen Vietnamese cuisine. The taste of Pho was a bit plain style but nice. I like my pho very hot when served. It's not up to my requirements but still acceptable. They apologized for not serving basil for pho because they couldn't find any from their market... My bad luck... Service was prompt and the staff were friendly. Recommended!!

My daughter and I did a search for sushi, while at The Strip. This place came up, so we made a visit. While Maiku no longer serves sashimi/sushi, the food they prepare fresh and serve directly to table is utterly amazing! My daughter (10 y/o) can be a picky eater at times. She was all chopsticks and slurping when her pho arrived. I was right there with her! We scarcely talked, looking over at each other while we were eating, to give thumbs up between bites. Great find and perfect to counter the chill of the wintry day. We will definitely be back - winter chill or not.

Simple unassuming restaurant with seating for ~12. If you're looking for an extremely approachable bowl of pho this is the spot. Expertly spiced, but very mild in terms of sweetness/saltiness which makes it so satisfying. Great banh mi too.

First of all, owners are EXTREMELY WONDERFUL! Such nice people! I got the Chicken Pho & broth was on point! If the chicken would have been better quality chicken, this Pho would be 10 out of 10! Chilli Oil is just right, Hot Lava SpicyyYyyyyyy! Just the way I like it. I ordered takeout, close to closing time; not realizing they were closing soon & they were so nice! The food was HOT & FRESH!

Wow! Every service business needs to take some lessons from the awesome Lady at the counter. She was so friendly and helpful despite me asking probably too many questions. The Pho Shrimp and Shrimp Rolls were amazing.I’m from out of town and I will definitely stay at the same hotel next time I’m in town just so I can visit this place again.Loved it.
