I placed my order and 18 minutes later it still wasn't ready so I had to walk away to board my flight. I didn't have time to get a refund, but the real issue is not the $15 I lost but watching multiple orders placed after mine be prepared and served ahead of mine. While it may seem expedient to prepare smaller orders ahead of larger ones, it is very unfair to make customers wait like that.
