Asked for a hot fudge sundae and got a sundae with chocolate syrup. It's not the same and if you were going to substitute, you should have asked me instead of assuming it'd be cool.

Had a horrible experience with the crew here. Ordered big breakfast with hot cakes and paid for it but got just eggs and a biscuit. The manager (Brandon )was rude and made me buy another hot cakes and paid another 2.89!

It was okay. The tables were dirty and there was no napkins or ketchup anywhere. It's a downtown McDonald's so the subpar service and overall look is pretty standard.

Horrible McDonald's in downtown Pittsburgh. Nobody was serving the food even though it kept pileing up. Waited 10 minutes before all customers waiting started complaining and wanting their money. Finally the person on the register started handing out food. Of course my order wasn't right but I was already late for. Oh, The air conditioning barely works extremely hot in there

Service is pretty slow consistently here. I see the workers doing more talking than working. I even see them on their phone. How anyone can say they are worth $15 is beyond me. Also there was a point in time where they couldnt fry anything for 2 months! I know that's not the employees fault but someone higher up not taking care of maintenance in a timely manner.

THE MCDONALD'S ON SMITHFIELD STREET IN DOWNTOWN PITTSBURGH PA HAS BEEN REMODELED. I STILL LOVE MICKEY D'S, AS LONG AS ITS CLEAN. SINCE THEY HAVE JUST RENOVATED THE ONE ON SMITHFIELD, THIS ONE IS LOOKING REALLY GOOD. I HOPE THAT THE NEW RENOVATION CAN HOLD UP FOR THE NEXT 5 YEARS! MCDONALD'S THANKS FOR FINALLY REALIZING THAT A FAT FRESHLY GRILLED BURGER SALES FASTER THEN A DRY THIN BURGER, THAT EVEN A PIGEON WOULDN'T EVEN WANT TO EAT!
