TRASH! THIS IS THE MOST GHETTO MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. All of the employees are yelling at each other every time I come in and we waited for 15 min for two Happy meals that were made and just sitting behind the counter. I only come here still bc I have 2 hungry boys and it's close to where their grandma works.

This McDonald is by far the most ghetto and ratchet McDonald ever. Never thought they can get like this. The dining room floor wasn't dirty at all but the employee kept mopping the floor and he mopped the whole floor which left everyone having to walking around the wet floor. The line never moves because the cashiers is either too busy flirting with each other or with their customers. An employee had his pants down his bum and they were cursing at each other and with the customers. I saw one employee eating chicken nugget while putting them in a box for a customer. I didn't order much and it seems like the customers which the cashier knew (ordered after me) got their food before I did and I had to wait at least 20 mins for my food. Won't be back.

Asked for a hot fudge sundae and got a sundae with chocolate syrup. It's not the same and if you were going to substitute, you should have asked me instead of assuming it'd be cool.

Had a horrible experience with the crew here. Ordered big breakfast with hot cakes and paid for it but got just eggs and a biscuit. The manager (Brandon )was rude and made me buy another hot cakes and paid another 2.89!

This place is absolutely filthy and scary. All I ordered was a quarter pounder, and I was scared to eat it as you could see how absolutely disgusting the cooking area was. The lobby was pretty beat up, and as I was leaving, a prostitute was servicing her "client" in the dining area. I asked for my receipt after payment, and the person taking my order said that their machine was out of paper. I'll bet that's how they keep bad reviews from getting to McDonalds corporate. Stay away from this place. There are better places toward the convention center.

It was okay. The tables were dirty and there was no napkins or ketchup anywhere. It's a downtown McDonald's so the subpar service and overall look is pretty standard.

Horrible McDonald's in downtown Pittsburgh. Nobody was serving the food even though it kept pileing up. Waited 10 minutes before all customers waiting started complaining and wanting their money. Finally the person on the register started handing out food. Of course my order wasn't right but I was already late for. Oh, The air conditioning barely works extremely hot in there

Service is pretty slow consistently here. I see the workers doing more talking than working. I even see them on their phone. How anyone can say they are worth $15 is beyond me. Also there was a point in time where they couldnt fry anything for 2 months! I know that's not the employees fault but someone higher up not taking care of maintenance in a timely manner.
