This has to be a joke. Stopped taking mobile orders probably because they were overwhelmed. Not surprised they were overwhelmed because front of house was on their phone? That's embarrassing. Workers were rude. Food was cold. All they needed was some sense of urgency, but there was none. Walked around like there was no line.

I had the absolute best experience today. An amazing person with pink hair helped me to find the happy meal toy I wanted and went way above and beyond! Best customer experience I’ve had in a long time. Thank you!!

Slowest unmotivated employees
I had a perfectly fine experience here, but felt so bad for the workers! They were so nice even though there was a line of people waiting for orders. It took longer than usual to get my food (which I don’t mind considering there were only three people working). They were entirely understaffed. Around 6pm tonight. After placing my order I felt so bad and wished I’d spent my money elsewhere. It’s time to give the workers a raise if you’re having trouble covering shifts or higher more people during busy hours like dinner time. Over all the service was fine, if a little slow.

Use the McDonalds App as there is no line to wait in to order your food. Meal was hot and freshly made. Server was just “ok”, needs to be more friendly! Having a $ charge for water is just bad form to me.

I placed my order 15 minutes before close. There were about 8 people in line behind me. Employee working the register immediately turned their back after I finished paying. I had to get my receipt from the printer myself. This employee kept their back turned the remaining 15 minutes without helping the other two employees making food, and at 9 pm, another employee came over and said they were now closed and would not take anymore orders. No one in line said anything, but I was flabbergasted they made these people wait for 15 minutes before telling them they wouldn't take their order. If I had been in line and made to wait, I would not have simply walked away like the others did.
No attention to the transactions. Charged for two of something I asked for one of and didn’t get any sauce.

Horrible service. Worst I've ever experienced in my life. Restaurant gate was shut in our faces waiting to order while employees kept making passive aggressive comments about customers being in line, told they were closed with 10 minutes left. Then proceeded to yell at all the remaining customers in line for being rightfully upset for not being told the restaurant was closing (AGAIN EVEN THOUGH ACCORDING TO THEIR OWN STATED TIME ON THE WALL THEY WERE STILL OPEN.) Lazy employees just wanted to go home. Never dealt with such rude customer service than by the two employees working the front during the October 11th 2024 closing shift.

The 3 ladies working the morning shift were fast and effective. I've seen crews twice as big with half the amount of customers struggling to get a single order out. These ladies were getting it done!

The one star is for the lady (I hope she wasn’t the manager) that was shouting out the bag numbers and bringing them to the counter ! MISERABLE personality !!! If u don’t like giving people salt, ketchup, etc when they ask for it then u should find a new job ! But the guy working the register bye himself deserves 5 stars ! Kept the long line moving and with a great personality along with it. She could learn a few things from him
