Warning: do not get the General Tsos chicken. It was extremely salty. In all my life I’ve never had General Tsos this bad. It was basically salty chicken nuggets with sauce poured over them. Do not recommend.
The place was clean. Service was mediocre.

Orange chicken is terrible. Glorified chicken nuggets with not good orange sauce.

Upon dining at Mian in Rivers Casino on November 8, 2024, my guest and I were immediately struck by the unkempt state of the dining area. Tables were dirty, and we had to clean our own seating area with hand sanitizer. This lack of cleanliness was disheartening, considering the establishment was empty at the time.

Our meal only added to the disappointment. The rice was excessively sticky, the chicken had an unpleasant, cardboard-like texture, and the only redeeming component was the broccoli. The vegetable egg roll was marginally better but still lacked quality. This experience fell short of expectations, leaving us dissatisfied and regretting our choice. Based on our visit, I would not recommend this restaurant to others. For anyone considering a meal here, I strongly suggest exploring alternative options.

Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews until it was too late. My general tso entree was nothing but overcooked frozen boneless wings in a flavorless sauce. I could’ve made a better version and I’m awful at cooking. The Rivers casino should be ashamed to have this within their establishment.

We frequent this establishment almost every time we visit the casino. It is one of our favorite places. Last night was not the best night, service was slower than normal and both of our steaks were way overdone. Everyone has an off night once in a while and we will be back!

Overall, it is a beautiful place, well appointed and generally good service. Our only disappointment was that our waiter never once came to check to see how our food was. And I consider this a very high-end steak restaurant, so that aspect was disappointing The food is overwhelmingly large, much to eat. And excellently prepared

My partner said it was the best strip steak he ever had! I had the sea bass with crab and risotto which was melt in your mouth delicious. We shared the meatball and salad appetizer. It's a bit pricey but it was a special night and we really enjoyed our meal. Robert gave us great service.

Our second time in Pittsburgh and our second time at Martorano's. Everything was fabulous. I had rigatoni and meatballs. The meatball melted in my mouth and my husband said his steak was one of the top five steaks he's ever eaten. Highly recommend!

Food was great. Service not the best. Don't like that they bring salad & appetizer at same time. Don't like they brought my husband's steak, then my meal, then the side dish. The staff was just off. Ordered our sodas, got ice & waited minutes for drinks. Ordered dessert to go and had to wait a good while for them to arrive for us to leave. You would think they would be on top of their game to get you back to gambling asap?

Usually our food and service is great ,but not last night . First my husband gingerly had a hair attached to ice cube. Food took an hour r get main course and restaurant was not busy. Gus was one of the team that took care of us. He was on top of things as always. My fish meal had a strong fish smell . The pasta sauce was the best . We will be back hope the kitchen gets quicker service . Thank you

I requested to have my girlfriend sung to for her 21st birthday and that was not done. Even when I called the day before my reservation to make sure that was going to happen. They confirmed that with me too. The ceaser salad was way too strong and upset both our stomachs at dinner. Also steaks were not cooked nearly to asking. Off night for motaranos in my opinion, definitely not the usual dining experience.

Food and service was great. We had the small filet and the scallops with crab ment special, shared the truffle fries and strawberry shortcake. Very enjoyable. Seated on time with a nice pace in dining.

Always have great food here! Love the warm mozzarella, meatball & salad. Steaks were prepared perfectly. The service was a little rushed for my liking. The restaurant wasn't packed, but it was moderately busy. From the initial course of cocktails on, it felt like they wanted to get us going. Their service approach is to put all the food it at once, which is fine, but it added to the initial impression of speed over experience. Even as we wound down, they say “no rush” but they seemed like they wanted to get the table turned over. I've been to this location before as well as other Martorano's locations in the past and never had that feel. I'll come back again, but I worry I'll feel the need to ask, “Can I finish my $40 bourbon before I need to order food? And can I finish my wine from dinner before I consider dessert?”
