We got the mozzarella off the antipasto portion of the menu and it was awful. They did take it off the bill after they realized we didn't really eat any of it which I did appreciate it. The steaks were just okay for the price. This is third time we have been here over the years since they opened and each time has been a disappointment. The steak restaurant they used to have in the casino was much better. Wish they would bring that back instead.
From delicious food to wonderful service from Augusta and Gus our night out was relaxing and very enjoyable. Thank you for a great night.
I had the ribeye steak. I get it medium well and most restraints will destroy this. Martorano's did it perfectly. It was so tender and juicy. I cut it with the back of my knife. Thank you for this great meal.
Good overall experience. The food was very good, prepared as ordered, and the service was First Class.
The food was okay, the service was decent. I had the same dish a couple of weeks ago, it tasted very different.
It's okay, casino food. Thai spicy beef had 0 hot flavor. A regular Tabasco sauce had more spicy hot to it. Flavor was weird, kinda sweet. Not worth $21.

This was our (6 of us) first time @ Martorano's. We started with the stuffed banana peppers and the meatball. The salad that came with the meatball was soooo good. Every steak was cooked yo perfection. I had the veal picatta. Very yummy. One of the girls got the Lobster Francaise. The risotto was really good as was the lobster. Not one of us had a bad meal. We will definitely be back when we're in the Pittsburgh area.
Hostess and waitresses were great and very helpful with the menu items. Unfortunately, we weren't in the mood for steak or the other items on the menu. They had no salmon or anything else we had a taste for at the time. So we decided to leave and went to another restaurant. We will be back when we have a taste for one of your great steaks. Should have reviewed the menu beforehand but was also told that the menu changes and all entrees may not be listed.
The strict restrictions on any modifications to their meals tends to make the experience feel like a seated buffet. Dinners are prepared as the menu describes and you can't replace an item/or swap. This is not customer friendly, at this price point, especially.
Service is outstanding! Food is SO good. I wish this was downtown instead of at the casino.

Martorano's Prime continues to set the gold standard for fine dining. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with an atmosphere of elegance, energy, and warmth—perfectly complemented by an unforgettable meal and service that exceeds every expectation. Ashley is truly a gem. Her grace, timing, and knowledge of the menu made for an effortless and enjoyable dining experience. She guided us through the evening like a seasoned pro, anticipating our needs before we even realized them. It's rare to find someone so consistently attentive without being overbearing. And then there's Matt—the heartbeat of Martorano's Prime. He moves through the room like a conductor, making sure every table receives the care and attention they deserve. His passion for hospitality radiates through the staff, and it shows in every aspect of the dining experience. You can tell he's the reason the restaurant hums like a well-oiled machine. The cuisine is nothing short of masterful. Every plate was not only visually stunning but also rich with flavor, technique, and heart. From the buttery texture of the filet to the layered heat and sweetness in the fra diavolo, each dish was a celebration of culinary craftsmanship. Did you know: Studies show that people are more likely to recall experiences tied to strong emotional moments—like sharing an exceptional meal. That's what Martorano's Prime delivers: not just food, but memories. We left already talking about when we'll return. Martorano's Prime is an experience that stays with you long after the last bite.
Restaurant Review: Martorano's at Rivers Casino – A Fireworks-Worthy New York Strip on the Fourth of July We decided to celebrate Independence Day with dinner at Martorano's at Rivers Casino, and while the experience had a few ups and downs, it ended with a bang—thanks to one unforgettable entrée. Located inside the casino, Martorano's offers both indoor and outdoor seating. We opted for the outdoor area, which provided a pleasant setting for a summer evening. We were greeted warmly by the manager upon arrival, setting a welcoming tone right from the start. The wait staff presented the evening's specials using an iPad, allowing us to view photos of the featured dishes. While service was competent and polite throughout the evening, it never quite elevated to the level of truly attentive or memorable. That said, the manager stood out with his professional and personable approach—checking in with guests and clearly taking pride in the operation. To start, we selected a bottle of Pinot Noir and the calamari appetizer. The calamari was a pleasant surprise—lightly coated and topped with a sweet and spicy sauce that added an unexpected but welcome twist to a traditional starter. For the main course, we chose the chicken parmigiana with gnocchi and the New York strip steak with mushrooms. The chicken parm was solid—comforting and well-cooked, but nothing out of the ordinary. However, the New York strip was exceptional. Perfectly cooked, richly seasoned, and beautifully paired with sautéed mushrooms, it was one of the best steaks I've had in recent memory—truly a showstopper that lived up to the holiday's celebratory spirit. We closed the meal with a scoop of apple pie ice cream, which felt like a nostalgic treat done right. Creamy vanilla base studded with chunks of apple and bits of crust—it was a playful and satisfying end to the meal! We will be back!
Best service and food we've had in a long time. It was my sons birthday and they went above and beyond to make it special.
On March 21, 2025, I ordered General TSO's Chicken (no taste at all), Chicken Fried Rice (the darkest, most over-cooked fried rice, that actually tasted burnt!), and a pork egg roll (the only edible item). I Do NOT recommend Mian. Horrible!
