Wow, I don’t even know where to start. I called negril to let them know my chicken was raw and I didn’t receive my Mac and cheese with my order. The call was going smoothly with a nice young lady until a man took the phone and started screaming at me on the other end. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, I am so disappointed. All I asked for was a refund and the man refused unless I sent him a picture of my chicken to his personal phone number. I did and still had to call back to get my refund. In my opinion it’s not worth the money or headache.

Parking: Absolutely delicious! We got the curry goat and curry chicken, sides rice cabbage and Mac and cheese. It's on a dead end street where you can just park where you find an open spot. Service is quick. They also have a speaker set up with music playing. Great experience

I usually order from Negril through Grubhub. Ive ordered probably 3 or 4 times, and not one has been a bad experience. I love their jerk chicken, i order it with spicy rice, and rice & beans. Portion sizes are generous. Every now and then I get a craving for their food and it satisfies every time

Mac and cheese fresh out the fridge still cold. Do better jerk chicken was okay small portion for a large but I might just be a big back need to put more jerk sauce on there chicken and rice. s would order again tho just not the greatest btw u could’ve got 4 stars if you heated my Mac and cheese up atleast

Food was so discussing I took a few bits and ended up throwing away. I got the curry chicken. The rice was cold and gummy. The chicken was dry as if it was cooked yesterday and was put out in the sun to dry for 24 hours. The cabbage and the mac and cheese was also cold. Don't waist your money or time. I would not give that to my dog.

Don't go here. I have been to plenty Caribbean restaurants and this one is horrible. The worst red beans and rice I have ever tasted and my chicken just tasted like grilled chicken... I'm not sure if it's even done. Also, the women purposely did not make our order right and when we asked for gravy they gave us a cup of grease y'all !!!!! ON PURPOSE!!!!!!! This was our first time going here and our last!!! AND IF A PLACE ARGUES BACK WHEN PEOPLE LEAVE A REVIEW THATS A RED FLAG NOT TO GO THERE. SMHResponse to owner: I leave 1 star reviews to the businesses that have bad business practice, but I leave alot of 5 star reviews to those that care about their customers and it's obvious you guys don't care because you literally gave us a cup of grease and said it was gravy after we said there was no gravy on the chicken that we requested the first time. You must not have gravy like the other Caribbean restaurants and instead of telling us that you gave us a cup full of GREASE trying to be funny. YOU'RE DISGUSTING AND THATS JUST DISRESPECTFUL. I could've sued you for that and btw the food was disgusting we couldn't even eat it. Yuck ? never again
