I wasn't in the mood for Chipotle or a sub, so I figured I would try another Mac n cheese to find the best around (other than my own). Service was great and staff is very informative and friendly. I ordered cheddar Mac that I opted for instead of buffalo or BBQ options as I believe some places hide a good base with extra stuff on top so get regular first. It was made with elbows which is not an ideal vessel but that's a preference and standard noodle for dish but first bite being a salt bomb and it not dampening is not something I can forget, either they salted the cheese sauce, used extra sharp cheddar and/or had an off day, ultimately I ate it all and appreciated the table service with silverware. It's probably a corporate thing mandating recipe but maybe use a mild cheddar medley with something neutral like mozzarella in cheese sauce and try an option for medium shells as noodle. Willing to give them another shot in future but I left with a salty taste in my mouth that took quite a while to disappear.

One cashier working so she had to bag orders and get take outs orders first while a few were me included waiting to be waited on .2 I asked her to show me the bowl for large and when I got home my meal was not a large amount of food I wanted some for lunch rest dinner.

Well, I wouldn’t know what the food is like as it’s been over an hour and I’m still waiting, but I’ll probably have to ask for a refund as my lunch break has BEEN over. I thought this was an FAST casual place???? People are swaying like they’re about to pass out from waiting so long. Employee’s clearly HATE their job, which I don’t blame them, but damn! I spent almost $50 for 2 adult meals and a kids meal. So tired of corporate CEO’s being so greedy their employees don’t get paid livable wages, thus, leaving the consumer with a horrible experience. Just take your lunch and stick it to corporations instead of eating here. **UPDATE: got our food about an hour 15 mins. There was a hair in mine. Took the 2 star rating to a 1. Horrible place. Will never come back.

The food was great and tasted amazing. The value was good. We visited a Friday 3/14 around 8PM. The cashier at the front was so nice & polite. He also knew the menu well & didn't get frustrated when we placed two more orders after our initial order. We'll definitely come back soon.

The cashier was very friendly, the food was excellent (fresh, delicious, well-prepared), and the restaurant was spotless (clean tables, clean floors, clean drink station, clean restroom). We also loved the fountain soda machine. Great value for the money! Keep up the excellent work!
Sauce extra here. They dont tell you you need to order it separate when placing order. Pot stickers no sauce. Got to add that. One in cranberry it's included. One downtown Pittsburgh in market square, you need to ask. Urban city area, so different cultural norms.

This location isn’t what it used to be sadly. Everytime I go, while my food is fresh, my noodles are consistently undercooked and I have to fix them when I get back to my location. I’m hoping things turn around, because this is one of my favorite lunch locations that has been consistently underwhelming the last few visits

I've only ever tried two things at this restaurant and they were both delicious every time I've gotten them. Just the plain buttered noodles was so good but my absolute favorite and this is what I get every single time I'm there is Roasted garlic cream tortellini. It's so good I could literally eat it everyday.
