Horrible customer service. Spoke extremely rude to our party and complained several times about making “5 milkshakes”. Would never support this business again. Ice cream wasn’t even good.

It’s definitely cool that this ice cream shop is connected with a bookstore, which gives it a trendy vibe and a fun atmosphere. That said, the ice cream itself was just okay and didn’t really stand out compared to other spots in town. Prices also felt a bit on the high side, which seemed more like trendy price gouging than good value. Worth checking out once, but not my favorite place overall.

Excellent customer service! The ice cream was amazing. I loved all the unique flavors. Environment was clean, and the fresh waffle cones made the shop smell incredible.

I love to stop in for the Vegan Mango Coconut Sticky Rice ice cream. It’s my absolute favorite. The staff is very nice and cost matches the portions.

Tried the vanilla, dark chocolate, and cookies & cream—each one was really good! The strawberry jam flavor wasn’t as enjoyable, and I wouldn’t recommend the passion fruit. The place itself is nice and the location is perfect, making it a great spot to stop by overall.

Ok...so,we wanted to LOVE this place as it's a pretty cool lil ice cream shop in a cool store and area... however... although they had some very unique flavors, some just didn't hit the mark.. they lacked flavor and character (the miso with cherry... just wasn't good).

I wanted the lemon to be great because we really like lemon..it needs more lemon.

The mint cookie was good. The chocolate with pudding was good. The passionfruit was very good, and the coffee was pretty good, and the strawberry was decent.

Overall I would say I'd come back again, but it wouldn't be the 1st place I'd choose if there were other choices. Hopefully they'll get their recipes dialed in and we'll come back and try them.

The flight scoops were a little smaller, but the best way to enjoy multiple flavors. 👍🏽

We tried three flavors, all are not tasty, especially the chocolate ice cream, I couldn't eat mine and threw it in the garbage!
