Great food that tastes delicious and is very unique (but in a way that works). Love the vegan cheese, especially with the tater tots. Vegan hot dogs are also really good and have extra fun names. I'm mainly sad that they're closing! Sounds like the reasoning is the owners are burnt out, which is understandable, but I will definitely miss getting Onion Maiden every time we're in town.
Finally had a chance to drive to Allentown and visit before the closed. Food was amazing, I got the Balls to the Wall tofu croquettes with a slice of cheesecake and even though I'm vegan I know I could bring any friends or family that isn't here and they'd have no complaints. This review feels almost in vain, given that Onion Maiden is closing as of tonight. But, I wish I'd taken advantage of its deliciousness sooner - what a loss! I was able to enjoy this delicious vegan fare twice in the last month, once dine-in, and one to-go during the Chick Habit pop up this weekend.
