I’ve been going to the original oyster House for the last 40 years not every day not every month not every year. I had a question about their oysters the breaded oysters and the owner was so nice Mrs. G explain to me how they make them and the process and everything like that she took the timer to talk to me,and my new best friend Jeff we’re working in market Square for the next few months with Badger daylighting

It’s a dive, that’s for sure. But the vibe is cool. It was pretty slow when we first walked in and the two people working were super nice and chatty. They both seemed to really love being there. I got the famous fish sandwich and it was pretty good. But my son got the fish and chips and they were the best fish and chips I’d ever tasted.

You wanna eat at a Pittsburgh restaurant?!? Look no further. Old as hell (oldest bar/restaurant in PGH) with amazing staff, great food, great prices and a Pittsburgh atmosphere that’s unprecedented. Shrimpmani’s has nothing on Oyster House. Love this place!
