This is the best place for breakfast in Pittsburgh !!!! The orange juice is fresh squeezed, Omelettes are big and with bacon is different than other places! Sometimes the service is slow but the reason is that it’s a busy place. it’s highly reconditioned

I love the original pancake house. I had the Oreo stuffed French toast and it was incredible. Also, the cherry Kijafa pancakes are 10/10.

We were in the Pittsburgh area for a few days before Christmas, and the one morning we woke up to late to get breakfast at our hotel. My husband searched for a place to have a late breakfast and he found this place cause they serve breakfast and lunch only until 2pm. I was a little apprehensive as I wasn't sure if they had more than pancakes. Boy oh boy, do they ever have a large delicious menu for breakfast! I had their Dutch baby with strawberries (comes with extra butter and powdered sugar). Wow, was that filling and so delicious! 😋. My husband had their spinach eggs benedict which he also loved. Their lunch menu looked good too! The atmosphere is very nice and unique as well.
We highly recommend this place!!

This was a wonderful breakfast spot for a first date! I got the strawberries and whipped cream short stack. The pancakes almost tasted like they had sourdough starter in them. It was a good flavor and I would go back for more but the bacon was precooked. I really didn't care for it. When you work in restaurants you just know when it's cold and rubbery.

Terrible experience. Upon entering the teenage hostess was unfriendly and told us it would be a 25-30 minute wait after rolling her eyes when we asked. We felt like she didn’t even want us to eat there. We were sat in less than 20 minutes and our server was very sweet but it took over 45 minutes to receive the most disappointing a mediocre brunch I’ve had in a long time. Their “famous” apple “pancake” was really just a partially overcooked Dutch baby with cooked apples on top. $14 for a ham an eggs plate that’s a single pathetic slice of ham and a small egg. Eggs Benedict looked watery and sad. Again, nice server but terrible experience otherwise and will likely not return.

food looks delicious. our waitress was very sweet. however the hostess was very rude. looked angry that we asked for a booth and then proceeded to throw the menus at the table. she needs an attitude check and should not be working around the general public if she feels the need to act like that at her job. but everything else was perfect!!

The service receives a one star because of the conflict in policy concerning when to seat your party. I don’t mind the policy of seating your whole party when everyone arrives on the weekends but just keep it consistent ( I was just at the location 3 weeks prior and this wasn’t the case). Probably will not be coming back again because I felt like I was getting the third degree about my entire party being present.

My wife and I went there for breakfast for the first time. The food was excellent and the servings were large. We will be returning soon. If you want a good breakfast,this is the place.
