They either have 1 person working or they slaughter food by the order. We got on pickup lane with 3 cars ahead of us on 09/01/25 around 5:37 pm and we didn’t get to the pick up window until 6pm. Ordered double walnut shrimp and double teriyaki chicken but it looked like single portions. Don’t think I will be returning to this location. The attendant was nice though…
So I go in to pick up a GrubHub order… I arrived about 10-12 mins after accepting the order… I tell the manager the order I’m there for and he tells me “4 mins” as they have to make the vegetable spring rolls. Fine. At the 14 min mark, someone else comes in for an order and he tells them, “that’ll be about 4 mins because we’re making the spring rolls”… So either this guy is flat out lying or he just can’t count. We love Panda and it’s a family favorite… however we were very disappointed when we decided to dine in with our 4 and 8 month old and found that there was no where to change our infant. Neither the men’s not the women’s room had a table and we had to take him back out to the car to change him. I get that it’s not normally an eat-in type of restaurant, but how is there not one changing station?
