Food is usually good. The portion and consistency is different every time. Last time, one of the sandwich was missing from my take out order. I needed to call couple of times to get my refund!

It's not the same everytime we go. Half the time when I get a bowl of soup it's the smallest amount the next it fills the bowl. Same with everything. Sometimes the sandwiches will have more chicken then others etc. It is what it is just wish I knew what I was getting.

Pretty good sandwiches but I feel they need to have a little more meat in them when they make them.

When did an Entrée salad (which was 95% lettuce) and a quart of soup (which was 75% broth) come anywhere close to a bill of $37?! You have absolutely priced us out of ever going back. I know corporate sets the prices, but this is insanity. I wanted to review the receipt for an error, but I wasn't given one. Then again, I'd be embarrassed to provide one too in this case.

I like this location but I think it’s unacceptable to sweep the floors while people are eating. Very disrespectful and

Dirty table, filthy silverware. Trash and diety dishes piled up. Soup was not up to par. No hot water for tea . Empty honey jar. Bread over toasted. Hostess tried to make up for staff errors. Kids love panera but this did disappoint. What a shame.

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. A drive thru should not take that long. Terrible service.

I like Panera but this drive thru is always laughably, inconceivably slow. Wild. Also my mac and cheese, when it finally came, was not even full.

What the heck Panera? This cost almost $15 for chicken noodle soup and I ordered it ahead of time. There’s maybe one half of a noodle and everything is disintegrated. Too salty. Someone there thought this was acceptable. Save yourself time and money and don’t go to this miserable place.
