Panera Bread Reviews
Maria is one of the best staff members! Me and my friends were out to lunch and ran into a situation.she was super helpful!
My girls and I came out for a little brunch date when some man, looked maybe 50-60 year old started taking pictures of us. He has been known for doing this here and surrounding areas in McCandless Crossing/McKnight. A worker Maria was on break and kindly took us out of view from him as we were unaware of the situation. He conveniently left when we got up and she gave us free cookies for the inconvenience. He is know for taking pictures of kids too so please be aware out in these...read full review
My friends and I came out to eat and had an good time! Just wanted to leave a massive shout out to MARIA!!! Panera Bread offers generally good food quality, but portion sizes and consistency can vary. There have been times when orders were incomplete, leading to follow-up calls for refunds. The soup bowl fill levels and sandwich contents may differ on different visits. During a lunch rush, the staff worked hard and efficiently managed many orders while maintaining a positive attitude, and the food served was delicious. Customers appreciate the nice selection of bread and pastry items, though some find the bread tough at times. The coffee is served from a carafe, which can sometimes result in warm coffee. Service is mostly self-serve, with customers ordering at kiosks, picking up their food at the counter, and bus their own tables, separating garbage from silverware and plates. Some customers feel tipping is unnecessary since they serve themselves and they wonder what they are tipping for, especially since drinks are also self-serve. Overall, the food quality remains good, but the experience can vary depending on the day and time.
