I visit this location 1 or twice a month and today's visit was above par. It was a great way to start my day! Lynne took care of me! She greeted me right away and was quick to take my order, bag my bakery items, ring me up and get me on my way! Thanks a bunch Lynne

I couldn't find the building, I called the store and the manager came outside to find me. Very friendly, helpful and kind store! BEST service I have ever received from a Panera! Excellent Management!!!

Very pleasant experience. I came in and was waited on right away by Dorothy and greeted with a smile. She made sure to check if I had a Panera rewards membership. I had a question and a special request with my sandwich. She was detailed with her responses, making sure I got what I wanted, no mistakes. I got a latte, too, and she let me know I could get a pastry for 99 cents. I wasn't sure what I would get, so, she walked me over to what was available. I got sold on the pumpkin...
