This was a joke. I wanted a simple cup of coffee, it was cold and old and asking for cream and sugar was clearly inconvenient to them. I also work in the mall and this experience was awful. I actually took 1 sip and dumped the coffee down the drain.

My daughters who are eight and nine years old both wanted Panera for lunch today while we were shopping. We were excited to see that it was back open! I am not a big fan of kiosk ordering but we gave it a try. I was surprised to see that they were all out of grilled cheese sandwiches as my daughter really wanted that with tomato soup. I stuck my head around the corner to ask if they were really out and the woman in the back was amazing. She said that she needed to check a few things real quick and she would be right back with me. She came out and discovered that someone had turned it off of online ordering and she got it put back on and then came around and actually took our order face-to-face. We got the duet of grilled cheese and tomato soup which was what we wanted as well as some mac & cheese with a baguette. The girls loved their lunch and that team member made our day! We also had a reward for a cookie which was wonderful as well. Great job Panera team! It's hard to describe the atmosphere as it's in the food court but it was nice and calm there today.

Glad to see they are open again.Strictly kiosk ordering is rather off putting. The limited menu was not too inviting. The staff are polite but behind a wall so not a very welcoming environment.

Ordered the bbq smokehouse with NORMAL Amt of bbq sauce. I’m sorry but this is mostly chicken it’s not what it should b. I worked at a panera before and this def isn’t how it should be.

If I could give 0 stars I would. No soup, no water, no tea and the worst grilled I've ever had. Shouldn't be opened.

I stood in line to place my order for about 5 minutes before I decided to place my order through the app. I was able to do that before I was helped. My order was ready in about 4 minutes (two broccoli soups).Overall I had a good experience. I’d say this location is a bit slower than others, but my food was just as good here.

This location is temporarily closed but never updated their page :/ they still have a sponsored Yelp post so my friend and I got all excited about sandwiches since they said they were open. We got to the mall and raced in only to see they are closed indefinitely

Loved everything about this Food Court Panera ! The service was wonderful, fast, efficient - helpful and polite. The food is always great no matter the location. The service beverage counter needs a bit of help, not stocked real well and messy. The lids were not to be found and the napkins needed cleaned up. I would have given a five star but it was difficult to deal with missing Iran's and two grandkids in tow. Highly recommended this Food Court location in Ross Park Mall. Will return !!! Love the toasted bagels any flavor!! I really like the lemonade- great choice then a soda
