My daughters who are eight and nine years old both wanted Panera for lunch today while we were shopping. We were excited to see that it was back open! I am not a big fan of kiosk ordering but we gave it a try. I was surprised to see that they were all out of grilled cheese sandwiches as my daughter really wanted that with tomato soup. Glad to see they are open again.Strictly kiosk ordering is rather off putting. The limited menu was not too inviting. The staff are polite but behind a wall so not a very welcoming environment.

This was a joke. I wanted a simple cup of coffee, it was cold and old and asking for cream and sugar was clearly inconvenient to them. I also work in the mall and this experience was awful. I actually took 1 sip and dumped the coffee down the drain.
