Pleasant and friendly. Even if you're having an off day. However if you're trying to leave a message here, use their email. Just saying e mail is preferred here. Voice messages can be time consuming and this man is busy. But still nice about it.
The staff is friendly, but they don't allow you to break overnight there. The place is really small and is difficult for a novice to back into the doors. The exit from the interstate dumps onto a really small road that you need to turn right off of, but trucks over 44' aren't allowed to make right turns. The only thing you can do is make a left and turn around in the dollar store parking lot. I know that part isn't a review of the DC but it's necessary information for anyone in...read full review

This was a good delivery overall. I arrived a couple of hours early and they took me at about my appointment time. The docks are covered and the space is tight which makes it difficult, but overall a smooth transaction.You park in their little overflow lot and walk your paperwork to the middle of the building. Fill out a paper and leave your bills on the desk under a block of wood. Then go back to your truck and wait for them to come get you.
