The staff here is very friendly and professional. The pretzel platter is always a big hit when we get together for our game night. We tried the cinnamon pretzels this time they were too die for.

both of the sides (the hot dog one and the pizza boat one) were INCREDIBLE. and the regular pretzel was fine, but the sauces CARRIED the pretzel. the nacho cheese became really runny with time (not sure why) but the brownie batter, the salted caramel, and sweet cream was perfect perfect perfectn

Stopped in for a quick snack while doing errands. Ordered 3 pretzels for 2 people with 1 dipping sauce. There was some tearing while they were getting the pretzels apart, so they threw in extra pretzels. It was honestly already a good deal, and with the bonus pretzels I was genuinely shocked. Not often you get service like that these days!

Was expecting more of a mall pretzel quality, dense or dry, but these were just the right texture: a bit soft but not...
