First time visit. The menu looked great but the food didn’t live up to the hype. We had veggie spring rolls for starters and while cooked perfectly with good fish sauce the filling was odd. Sort of like mush. We both had the grilled beef vermicelli. It was alright. The meat tasted burnt from the chargrill and the rest was meh. The service was great but the atmosphere was alright. My husband and I tried the Wagyu eye round special and it was great! Our pho came with a side plate of raw wagyu that we could add to the hot broth and cook to our preference. The pork egg roll and honeydew milk tea was also great!
Absolutely amazing spot for pho in Pittsburgh! I highly recommend this place to everyone. My personal favorite is the Wagyu eye round pho — it’s oh-so-good! You get five pieces in the pho and five on the side, cooked perfectly to your preference. The quality, flavor, and presentation are all top-notch. Definitely worth the hype and a must-try for any pho lover!
