Pgh Winery is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine or catch a live show. There is a tasting room upstairs and a music venue downstairs. The wine is made in pittsburgh with grapes imported from Chile and california. They also have several local breweries and craft beer on tap. The music venue is one of my favorite places in the city to watch a band. It a spacious, has plenty of seating, two bars, and the sound is excellent. They also have food options available from DiAnoia's. This place is definitely worth a visit if you haven't been there yet.
Great music venue with unique local wines and other good things
Extremely disappointing experience. The bartending staff talked over the whole concert, from opener to headliner. I've waited 10 years to hear this artist, and the bartending staff were socializing loudly with each other over the singer, almost the whole show. I will NEVER return to Pittsburgh "winery" - who btw, only has 2 white wines available for purchase.
10/10 wine, 10/10 vibes. A hidden gem in this city that deserves to be well-known!
Also, if you haven’t tried their Malbec yet, DO IT. You’ll be so glad you did.
We visited the (Original) Pittsburg Winery for the first time to see Noah and Abby Gundersen in concert and can say it was extremely positive experience.
The venue itself was small and intimate, appearing to hold around 300 guests. Acoustics were good despite a wedding reception going on in the venue upstairs. Bar staff was friendly and relatively unobtrusive during the show. Restrooms were clean and well stocked.
In short, we’d consider making the three hour drive again to attend a concert.
They have great entertainment at the Winery but they squeeze you in like sardines. I saw the pictures and it looks like people have room but depending on the entertainment there isn't even room to turn and it takes away from the experience. Every time I went it felt cramped and haven't been back.
Great venue super nice staff
Great hangout spot! We were in The Cellar to see Yacht Rocket. The lighting and seating is very unique and very much like a cool club with a distinct vibe. Several custom wood tables with natural edge mixed with practical high and low tops.
Wine options are good and they have a wide variety of beers. They also offer two options of Arsenal ciders. We had a rosé and I enjoyed it. Fruity but not sweet which is my preference for rosés and whites.
Food they serve is through DiAnoia's Eatery. It's great food but the menu only has 2 gluten free options and not ones my hubby would even want. Hoping they add sausage stuffed banana peppers or veggie platter with their Calabrian ranch and Italian hummus.
Had a blast seeing The Gathering Field on Friday night! Great venue. We did not drink the wine - they had a few good IPA options which we enjoyed! Great service!
Awesome experience!

This is by far the best wine I have had in Pittsburgh. My fiancé introduced me to this place when we first started dating and it has been our go to place since. The owner and workers have amazing hospitality. They also have live entertainment! Perfect date night and night out with your girls!
Wow wow wow!! Came here for the Friday night show of Michael Austin Bey, we had an amazing time!! Michael and the band were Amazing! Not only this but, the winery was so cozy and the service was amazing! Highly recommend and will definitely be back! I give the winery a 10/10!

Live music and great wine made locally from grapes harvested around the world at this boutique urban winery. Such a Pittsburgh treasure. Highly recommend that you come and check this out. Make a day, an evening, or a happy hour out of it. Well worth your time!
