I've been going to Art's for 20yrs.... I haven't been there in a long time recently, but it remains festive... The black cheers if you will.... It's very tight and not a lot of room to move, but the drinks are right and the bartenders are attentive.... Fellas there's ladies and ladies there's fellas... Always a mixed bag of hood and bougie and thighs in between... All in all, it's a good time.... Busy on the weekends, so there may be a line, get there before 10... Have loved this place for over 20yrs! Great drinks- new outside area (a result of the pandemic) is a great addition. Only 4 stars given because of the significant drink price increase- the legacy of Arts was always good fellowship, music and reasonable drinks- but not any more.

The chicken was awesome. I heard the drinks are good, strong, and cheap. Definitely a chill vibe. Tight space, but good for relaxing after a long day or catching up with friends until midnight. It started to get really crowded after that time. Security is present. Street parking available.
