I like a well done crust for a little crunch, but at what point is it considered burnt? I got a pizza where the entire outside crust was black and inedible, that with the price of their food I would say your money can be better spent elsewhere.

Did not have a positive first experience at lupo. Pick up was for 7 and was told when I walked in it was coming out of the oven. Watched my number get scratched off of two boxes and given to other orders who ordered multiple pies. 35 minutes later, we finally got our pizza. I understand they are a newer business but they greatly lack communication and organization. For the pie, I was not impressed. Good dough, cheese, and outer crust but the sauce was VERY SALTY and the undercarriage...

They don't really hate pineapple 🍍 on pizza they just love money that much more. That's ok, that's the reason they're in business. If you want cheap pineapple 🍍 on your pizza either bring your own to the pie or go somewhere else. That's all folks.
