I love Pizza Parma and I love this location specifically. I ordered a 12 pack of wings with ranch. The woman I spoke with on the phone, Ms.Nikki was super kind, friendly and very helpful. I asked if they serve celery with their wings and she told me they didn’t so she cut up cucumber for me which she didn’t have to do. She went above and beyond and it’s because of people like her that I will continue to go to this location. Thank you for making my night!

I love Pizza Parma! I'm lucky enough to work very close and can come for a slice or a delicious hoagie often. They have the biggest slices in Shadyside! The pizza is fresh and yummy. The service is also awesome. Ali always takes good care of me when I come in. I definitely recommend grabbing a slice or more.
