This was our 1st time here and it was EXCELLENT! Service was great food was amazing . We had the Porkeys Burger and the chicken Tacos and the loaded Nacho. Great atmosphere as well .

Porky's is a hidden gem in PGH. The BBQ is fantastic. The smoked wings are some of the best I've ever had and the atmosphere is exactly what you're looking for in a relaxed yinzers bar. It's a great spot to watch sports and the staff is very accommodating to most requests.

The great things: Great BBQ, great service, lots of unique options, great drink selection. Maybe it doesn’t have great parking or tons of seating, but if you’re looking for something tasty, unique and worth the money, Porkys is it. I had the brisket, pork and smoked wings. All of it was dynamite. I am excited to come back and try some sandwiches and apps. 4.5 out of 5!

This is the 2nd time we’ve had Porky's. (Side Note: The guy who took my order over the phone was VERY nice and polite. He was great!)
So. First Trip to Porky’s: 10/10. So good. Couldn’t believe we haven’t found this sooner. Couldn’t wait to make the drive to try again.
This 2nd time… disappointed is the only thing that comes to mind. Ordered 2 items: Potato Pancakes w/ Applesauce and 12 (plain) Smoked Wings w/ a side of Ranch.
• Potato Pancakes: Not what was expected by any means. What I received was extremely soggy hashbrowns (actually felt like they were microwaved). I know traveling in a styrofoam togo box can cause condensation and they can become soft… but these are almost RAW. They’re frozen breakfast hashbrowns (with maybe some seasoning)… definitely NOT Potato Pancakes.
• 12 Smoked Wings (plain): Flavor is okay. Probably would have been better if they weren’t EXTREMELY overcooked, over-smoked, & tough to eat. The chicken itself is very dry and you get maybe 2 bites per wing.
(We did get everything we ordered, which was awesome! Usually places forget items.. so that was a plus.)
Overall: In comparison to last visit and other reviews, it is apparent that consistency is an ongoing issue. I do wish you guys the best & can figure out the kinks to come back stronger! We will be back try again with hope!

Double charged me for my drinks and added a random 19.99 charge I did not see until days later, as I was visiting from Philly. They gave me a receipt for 12 dollars, but i never signed or anything, and they essentially stole $30+ from me that I have to get back from my bank.
Everything is awesome at Porky's. Go and be happy.

Just a very awkward atmosphere. Not much going on here and the management is terrible. Dude looked at me for 20 minutes and I got no service at all. We left and went to Eat N Park for a much better meal.

i went here with my wife & two children & ive never seen my family look so unpleased in my whole entire life. waited here for 3 hours with no communication from the servers/workers, food was raw and cold, my kids french fries were soggy to a point where they looked like they were dipped in ice water, and dont even get me started on the kitchen. what type of place has MOLD infused with the countertop? if you want raw and uncooked food sure, if you want someplace good to eat a better bet is some slop by the garbage can. Get rid of porkys & put a Caines Chicken Fingers in their place!!!!!

Saturday 3/29… Highly disappointed. I frequent porkys quite often. Tonight I was ignored from the moment I walked in the door. The bartender made eye contact with me when I walked in and chose to spend 10 minutes talking to a guy at the bar (who already had a drink) and left me sitting there. There weren’t many people in the bar. I had to get up and walk over to her to be acknowledged. Then she was straight up rude when I told her I had a take out order. I didn’t realize that picking up food was an inconvenience for the staff. I always tip well when I pick up. At least 20%. I got my food and when I got home the whole 40 dollar order was wrong. They don’t toss their smoked wings in sauce and they were drenched. And not even in one of the sauces I asked for on the side. Items missing. Disappointing to get home and get the wrong order. Also be prepared for them to be out of menu items constantly. Every time you call they’ll answer the phone “porkys and just so you know we’re out of this and this and that and that”. Not that they care, but I definitely will not be returning.
