Saturday 3/29… Highly disappointed. I frequent porkys quite often. Tonight I was ignored from the moment I walked in the door. The bartender made eye contact with me when I walked in and chose to spend 10 minutes talking to a guy at the bar (who already had a drink) and left me sitting there. There weren’t many people in the bar. I had to get up and walk over to her to be acknowledged. Then she was straight up rude when I told her I had a take out order. I didn’t realize that picking up food was an inconvenience for the staff. I always tip well when I pick up. At least 20%. I got my food and when I got home the whole 40 dollar order was wrong. They don’t toss their smoked wings in sauce and they were drenched. And not even in one of the sauces I asked for on the side. Items missing. Disappointing to get home and get the wrong order. Also be prepared for them to be out of menu items constantly. Every time you call they’ll answer the phone “porkys and just so you know we’re out of this and this and that and that”. Not that they care, but I definitely will not be returning.

Well, I went around 5 PM on a Wednesday, and out of the 6 meat options on their "BBQ Your Face Off" platter they were out of 3 BBQ meats (both styles of burnt ends and either the smoked brisket or pulled pork), to which I was advised they would be ready by tomorrow.

Honestly, it caught me off guard that for dinner service in the middle of the week, they didn't have their full menu in stock.

Now knowing that it will be hit or miss on their menu, I suggest you don't get your hopes up if you plan on popping in randomly or call ahead to avoid wasting the trip in the event they run out of their listed menu items.

I do not like playing the guessing game, so I will not be returning to avoid future upsets of sold-out items.

To clarify, as well, the bartender was great, and the food that we were able to get was good too, just not what we looked forward to while previewing the menu during the day.

The schnitzel sandwich was burnt in spots, pork was paper thin and overcooked. The gravy was far too concentrated (salty) and had lumps of powder in it.
not impressed by porky s. Honestly, if i wasn't in a time restraint i would have sent the food back.

Their Sunday brunch is amazing! Food is delicious and they offer a great menu. I recommend pairing it with some fun drinks and great friends. They also serve awesome drinks like mudslides, banana monkey, or dirty monkey, and some good fruity drinks, do not hesitate to name your favorite, or don't be afraid to try something new. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Servers are always great and pleasant from my experiences as well! Street parking only but it's free. It also may look like a "hole in the wall" before going inside but it's far from that. It's recently renovated and has a modern but classic bar feel and look. Just don't judge a book by it's cover on this place.

Parking: It can be a pain to park due to its street parking only. But if you can get a spot on the street it's located on then it's not bad at all. But it%

Amazing food and service at a great price. They call it a “5-star dive bar” for a reason!

Haven’t had a bad plate or a bad beer here. One of my favorite spots for a good craft selection and awesome bbq. The Mac and cheese is top tier as is the pork belly. Great staff and even better vibes. Need to do brunch asap.
