DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! So I ordered from grub hub potenza pizza I ordered chicken cheesesteak and philly cheesesteak I got 2 steak hoagies. No cheese steak nothing. My fries were raw. So I called the restaurant from the number on grub hub come to find out that number is disconnected. So then I realized the menu in the order was a whole different place. So I called that place. It's technically the same place but change name and phone number. So the menu on grub hub does not match what they have. The manager guy who got on the phone told me he didnt care to call grub hub not my problem. I said it is your problem because my food is wrong and my fries are raw. He said not my problem. So hung up with the guy. Called grub hub they gave me my money back. They tried to contact the place potenza pizza and the number was disconnected. So I got my money but DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THE GUY IS REALLY RUDE! FOOD WAS HORRIBLE....BIG SHOT BOBS IS BETTER

This place is trash. Not only was my food late it was burnt. He refused to give me my money back. I called grub hub and they refuse to reimburse me. I had to drive up there to show proof. The so called manager decided to still tell me nothing is wrong with it. Exchanging words back and forth he threaten to call the cops. You can’t give bad service and then expect people to not snap. Save your time and energy this place needs to close down. I hope they never make another penny.

We order from Potenza at the hospital all the time. I ordered stuffed shells as I usually do and it arrived cold, the shells were dry ontop and they failed to put cheese over the dish. This is my usual go to order. Never have I had to ask for cheese on top. I called Potenza to complain. They told me I had to ask for the cheese. I've never had to ask for the cheese. So now I paid $15 for cold dry shells. Thanks Potenza. Just Thanks.

Friendly staff and very professional service. The food is great, especially the big slices of pizza. Their pasta dishes are very good seasoning well done. Definitely worth going for a good Italian meal for you, your friends or the whole family. Very reasonable prices. It’s a must go to.

I have been ordering food from this place for over 2years. I order so much that the owner knows exactly how I like my hoagies and pizza..The last 2 times I ordered including today my pizza had more sauce than cheese,and today they put raw extra large onions on my hoagie that when I opened it, It smelled just like a onion hoagie...They know I like my onions fried. So I called and I was told their was a new cook so he offered to make another one. So they bring another hoagie but it wasnt steak it was a thick meatloaf looking hoagie where the meat was so thick and tasted horrible..I am sick to my stomach..so instead of them giving me my money back they sent another hoagie for the 3rd time!!! So on that note they will no longer get any business from me ever again!!!!! The service and quality of the food sucks..... 👎👎👎👎
