My husband and I stopped last weekend and were pleasantly surprised with what felt like 100’s of tea choices. We had been looking for a place with these options for a long time. The staff were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We are going back in a few weeks in search of coffee. Would absolutely recommend.

Ordered specialty tea and coffee to be delivered at my daughter’s house tomorrow. Talked with Jeff (very personable guy and the only human I talked with today other than the owner of the funeral home, about my cremation specifics). They have so, so many options. I ordered a pound of decaf peach turmeric loose tea for me and a pound of Honduras, fair trade coffee for my daughter (who had a pound of Starbucks coffee delivered yesterday). I owned a coffee shop in Lville for about 18 months in the early 2000’s and always ordered from them. Love their coffee.

I visited your shop today to grab some coffee. Coming from out of town, I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of beans and the overall aesthetic of the place. However, I was disappointed by the unfriendliness and lack of welcoming attitude from the staff. I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to a bad day, but from the moment I stepped in until I left, I felt uncomfortable. Being kind to customers doesn't cost a thing, and I was taken aback by the remark I overheard: 'The coffee bar closes in 4 minutes, if your order isn't in by then, tough luck!' Especially with a line of customers patiently waiting to be served.

The absolute BEST coffee bean roaster in the burgh. If you haven't been you need to go. Holiday Blend is superior in my opinion but I have never been disappointed in the 3 years of being a loyal customer. Once you've tried Presto you can't go back. The atmosphere can get quite packed but that's to be expected with coffee so good. It's always quick moving you never wait long and the employees know their coffees. It's habitual for me to visit twice a month to stock back up. Please don't pass this up you won't regret it!Parking: There are plenty of near by spaces open always.

I just got off the phone with a gentleman from Presto George. We have been ordering from them for a while now. Best coffee beans in Pittsburgh if I’m being honest. We have never had a problem with any of our orders. Always timely, complete and never any mistakes. But that is not why I chose to leave them a review. You see, customer service is something that often goes unnoticed and I think people just grow to expect it and when they don’t get the level of service they feel they deserve, that’s when they run to leave a negative review. They didn’t have a certain product and they just gave me a call to see if I wanted to substitute something else. The gentleman was polite, friendly and really made my day. Pretty simple interaction I know but still worthy of some positivity. Great job Presto George! Keep up the good work!

We have been coming here for years and years. My family loves their coffee, and we stock up when we come to the strip. I got a delicious latte. It took a while, but it was extremely busy, so that was understandable. Would totally recommend, mostly for the take home coffee.

This was my first time at this coffee/tea shop and I will definitely be here again! They have so many different flavors to choose from for both tea & coffee!I ordered a hot butter pecan latte with almond milk (wasn't even extra!) and it was delicious, perfect for a chilly fall afternoon of walking down the strip. My sister got a hot rose latte and my husband got a vanilla almond tea. Everything was very good. They have so many different teas to choose from, my husband took forever to decide on just one! We were there on a Saturday so it was pretty crowded but our drinks were ready very fast. There's no seating, only to go orders.
