The workers at the biologist are not good at dealing with a very rude customer.

This is the first time I’ve been at Primo Hoagies and it was excellent. I had a cheese hoagie and it was so fresh and delicious. Other than the food being good, the staff was fantastic. Cheyenne and Donna were so nice. They helped us pick out our food and we’re just so kind. A great place to eat.

This was our first time trying this particular chain. We ordered to go around dinner time. Our sandwiches were made pretty quickly and they tasted great. I got the turkey sub with sharp provolone and red bell peppers. The staff were friendly and helpful. They gave my husband a print menu when they saw he was visually impaired. The lobby was a little warm, but it was a hot day. We would definitely eat here again.

My family and I came in just wanting to try this place, and we were unsure of what to get. The cashier was SO HELPFUL, he described every aspect of the sandwiches and gave us recommendations to put on the sandwiches! I was unsure of what cheese I wanted on my sandwich and this lovely man gave me a piece of cheese to try to help me decide. The sandwiches were out of this world. Yes it is a little pricey but it’s a pricey area and I think with the service and environment it’s totally worth it!! Will forever come back!!
We visited this location on a recent stay in Pittsburgh. The sandwich is good, lots of toppings and fresh. The bread is fabulous. The staff is adequate but not great. Except the manager or owner who was excellent at customer service. The price is so high, not worth $14/sandwich. The drinks were also quite expensive. Good but not good enough to be worth that cost.
Hoagie was good. Girl taking my order was super unfriendly and obviously hates her job.
Absolutely loved this area! Kinda made me appreciate Pittsburgh a little bit! Reminded me of Philly a lil bit!

Everytime I order here they make my sandwich wrong. I order once a week and it's really getting old. Asked today if they made my sandwich right and they said yep the manager made it. Get back to work and my whole sandwich is wrong. It's so infuriating. I'm paying for extra meat and they aren't giving it. I'm asking for none of one ingredient and they put it on anyway. It's not that hard to read a ticket guys come on! I won't be eating here anymore.
Have ordered here twice and both times my orders were wrong. Sandwiches are good but I’ll give anyone a second chance. Probably won’t go back.
Never order from Jimmy Johns again, just order here!
Ordered takeout and had some great sandwiches! Amazing bread! Lots of meat and they don’t skimp on the toppings!
Nice, lively atmosphere. The reception was amazing, and everything i asked for on my sandwhich was met with beyond my expectations. Not the biggest sandwiches I've ever seen, and the price is a little above what you'd expect to pay at a subway, but given the choice, I'd pick PrimoHoagies over another sandwhich place any day of the week. You can definitely expect that I'm coming back here the next opportunity i get.
