Had lunch today at primo. Clean atmosphere. Fast friendly service. My bun was nice and fresh. Meat sliced to order. Substantial amount of meat and cheese. Recommend it for a quick bite while enjoying the strip district. Affordable.

I read so many bad reviews before my 1st visit. Should have known better... It's a shame because it could be great, but employee attitude/lack of caring and the granite hard stale bread ruined the tasty meat and fresh veggies. Worked in restaurants for 28 years. Never had bread so bad... Nice place but I wouldn't want to eat there. I'll stick with peppis and jimmy jons.

Literally paid $15 for a sandwich I immediately had to throw away.Firstly, the employee that was taking my order was so engrossed in their phone that they weren’t listening to anything I said and even started laughing out loud in the middle of me speaking. Then, they walked to the back to go make my sandwich, put on gloves, then continued to play on their phone while making my sandwich with the same gloves. At one point they even accidentally put my sandwich on top of their phone that was sat on the table top. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they then SNEEZED AND USED THE SAME GLOVED HANDS to continue making my sandwich. It was so gross I would’ve rather taken the financial loss than risked getting sick lmao

Went in around 7:30 on a Monday night with a friend, was greeted after waiting for 5 minutes and then was harassed by an employee who kept asking and insinuating the friend I was with, was my girlfriend, and after being told she wasn’t, proceeded to badger us for 5 minutes about why we weren’t dating, neglecting to take our order.Finally my order was taken and he badgered my friend for another 5 minutes before taking her order.Another group walked in behind us and had a similar experience - the employee then finished making my order, but got into an argument with the other guests in the building.Things seemed to be escalating so we left, one of us without a sandwich.Would not recommend this location.
