This is one of our favorite places in Pittsburgh, especially during warmer months. They have the most extensive selection of local craft beers of anywhere around. Add on a decent wine selection and incredible craft cocktails, and you are set. The inside has two sides. The restaurant side has booths and tables, while the bar side has bar and high top seating. Rear End has a cool atmosphere especially when it’s nice and the garage doors are open. Our food was good, the cheesesteak and fish sandwich were tasty, but the chicken was a little dry. Got a nice beer flight to try out their drafts.
I've been here a few times and have enjoyed consistently good food. If you want to go out but are watching your budget, this is the place for you. Their menu has a lot of options at great prices for today's economy. Lots of beer options whether you want bottled, cans or tap.
Favorite: Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. This is not Nashville Hot in name only, this sandwich means business!
