Our servers name was Gigi and we had a delightful conversation that really made our experience feel personalized. Service was fast and the food was great! Gigi told us she has worked at red lobster for 47 years and i think this lobster veteran deserves some MAJOR recognition from corporate for her years of outstanding service. She needs a medal, a plaque, a statue, and a raise!

I had a great time trying the seafood boil! Our waitress Gigi was so amazing. She is the best! She gave us a great suggestion and it was perfect! She was so great to talk to and told us about her 47 years working here. It would be so great if corporate would give her the recognition she deserves!!!

The food has always been decent for us, but we’re spoiled by previous true seaside dining experiences. What was extra special was our server, Todd, going above and beyond to make sure our dining experience with our 2 year old daughter was smooth and effortless. We would definitely come back again and again just to have Todd as our server.

Went here for a celebratory dinner with my mom and little brother. Our waitress was Abby and she was so nice with my brother and brought me a new steak when mine was overdone without me asking! She was very fun and extremely kind.

Well, all I can say is the staff was welcoming and very nice. The food was incredible. I highly recommend the clam chowder and the blackened salmon. Our waitress Olivia was outstanding. She was very attentive and polite, and had a great personality. Looking forward to the next visit!

Red lobster is the only chain restaurant we go to because we know we will consistently get a good meal for what we ordered. We almost always go to the Pleasant Hill store however on Monday, July 14, we found ourselves in the North Hills with a group of eight and didn’t feel we’d be able to get back to the South Hills in time so we tried the North Hills store. I’m very happy we did! We always get the daily dinner specials and as usual, food was delicious. However, our server Maryanne is what really made the event stand out! What?Marianne was friendly. She was kind. She was helpful. She was patient. She chatted with us and all in all made our whole meal a great experience! Although I live in the South Hills I would not hesitate to go to this North Hills store and hopefully enjoy another beautiful experience like we had with Maryanne
