The portion is very inconsistent. The white girl behind the glass kept staring at me like she's crazy or something. They all need some customer service training. Very troubling experience there. Never visiting again.
I got the vanilla custard with wild cherry and mango Italian ice. It was good.

No seating anywhere but Rita's is great just standing around eating on a hot day.
I always get the gelati. Normally it's 50% italian ice and 50% frozen custard but I treat the ice like a topping and ask for 80% custard and only 20% ice. It's awesome they always get the ratio right. Mango is the best ice flavor. Can't go wrong with it.
Parking is rough here. Always have to park 3 streets away. Just be prepared to walk a little.

I went there with some friends and I got a Margarita frozen ice. It was delicious, there was a line but it only took 5 minutes for us to reach the order window.

I never have had Italian ice, so I had no clue what to expect going in. I got the cherry one because I like cherry flavour in general. I got a medium size and still it was too much for me. Basically, it is shaped Ice with cherry flavouring. I guess it is an acquired taste, because to be honest, I did not like it very much. The cherry flavouring seemed way too artificial and chemical like for me, and the sweetness was again way too high for my liking. But I can see why some people enjoy this. It’s just not my thing.
