You advertise yourself as an Italian restaurant. As a true Italian you eat your pasta al dente, not mush. Even after asking it’s still the same. My food was cold and when I asked the manager she asked if I have ever been here before. What does that mean honestly. I lived in Monroeville for 13 yrs and we decided to come back as id hope it changed. Nope and manger said .. the cooks have been here for 13 years. Had a wonderful experience today at Roman Bistro. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our waiter David was terrific. I chose the perfect restaurant for my birthday lunch.
