The worst run roots by far. They can never get an order right, even if you're standing in front of them. They want all the instructions up front but forget everything after the first step and then don't ask, just do the wrong thing.

Roots is my favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh, and I work at a hospital nearby, so order take out regularly.
Unfortunately, on multiple occasions, the bowls have been made incorrectly. Twice now, I've asked for heavy dressing, and have had virtually none. Another time, I paid for extra goat cheese, and got no goat cheese. Tonight, no dressing, and no sweet potatoes even though it does appear on the order and on the lid.
It's disappointing, because...
