The food here used to be so good. Lately it has gone down hill. Rice is dry. Meat is stringy and cheap. It makes it hard to want to eat here.
Always good food and kind staff! Best apple martini 👌

My partner and I went for our anniversary and unfortunately the food wasn't as good as it been. We wanted our steak rare and ended up getting medium well and we'll done. :/ idk if the guy was new or what but the food was not as good.

Absolutely love this place!!! My husband and I got seated, served, and left in under 30 minutes. Sometimes it is longer at a fast food restaurant and they don’t even have the quality of food as this Saga!! All the food was amazing. Lots of options. Highly recommend.

The shrimp was hella salty and the waitress was serving with attitude
While the food is obviously the best part of a restaurant and the reason for going out to eat, places like a Hibachi steakhouse are supposed to offer an immersive dining experience. Saga could have done this but walking through the front door you are immediately hit with whatever music is playing from whatever local radio radio station they decide to tune to. Unfortunately we got rap and green minutes later rock. It would not be an issue if it wasn't so loud. The decor is absolutely dated and overall terrible. Then there is the service. The Hibachi chefs are great, but the other wait staff are terrible. We never received drink refills, we waited 15 minutes for take out containers and once we turned over our credit card to pay it took them ten minutes to return it and the receipt. Now, you might think it was because they may have been busy, but we were literally 4 diners out of 15 or so at the time. So, I suggest looking for a different Hibachi Restaurant in the Pittsburgh area.

Disappointed in our meals. Very nice presentation table side. Floor didn’t appear clean, very sticky!

Delicious Food & Fantastic Entertainment!
We had such a fun time at Saga Hibachi! The chef put on an amazing show — from tossing shrimp to fiery onion volcanoes, the whole experience was entertaining from start to finish.
The portions were very generous — we all left full and with leftovers to enjoy. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or just want a lively dinner out, I highly recommend giving Saga Hibachi a try!

We ordered takeout from Saga and the food quality was average to below average. Proteins were very dry and rice and noodles very greasy. There are much better options available if you’re looking for hibachi.
Food is good, service as well. I just wish they would clean it more, it's pretty run down at this point.
