Salvatore's Events & Catering

We were there Saturday for an after funeral lunch. The good was great. The atmosphere was subdued because of my uncle's passing.

Very pleasant staff. The meatballs were excellent.

It is rare to attend an event where everything goes well. Food, service, efficiency, Salvatore's covers all of the bases. The atmosphere is so beautiful. Also, they serve the best coffee and the waitstaff keeps your cup full. ?

Vicki and Jenna went above and beyond to help with preparing and setting up before the wedding and day of as well. The food was excellent, the set up of the room was wonderful. They made clean up the next day incredibly easy for us as well, and I couldn't be more thrilled with everything from the wedding.

AMAZING! I DJ weddings all over the country and I have found out over the years a venue is only as nice as the staff is. Salvatore's staff was incredible, they were on top of everything, thoughtful and helpful. I enjoyed working with them. Many times a catering staff overlooks the vendors, this was NOT the case here. After I set up and did a sound check I went over the flow of the day with Jenna and we were on the same page. The servers brought me a meal, I went to the bar and asked for juice to drink the bar tender asked me if I wanted a pitcher so I wouldn't have to keep walking to the bar. I hung a Custom monogram gobo in the ceiling to reflect on the wall, they got me a ladder and assisted me in hanging it. This venue is easily an 11 out of 10! the owners name is Vicky and she even called me and asked me if I wanted to store my equipment in the venue the night before the wedding because she knew I was traveling. I would recommend this venue to every bride in the Pittsburgh area and I can't wait to get back to Pittsburgh to DJ here again. Oh yeah, shout out to Vicky's husband for changing the power so my Speakers, Lights, Fog machine and sparklers were not on the same circuit.

Baby showers, weddings and receptions, special events. I have been here for several events and it is lovely. Staff is great. Food is good.

We have used Salvatore's Events & Catering for several occasions, most recently to cater our daughter's wedding and they are amazing!Every step of the way they tried to fulfill all of the bride's wishes, with the food, linens and wait service, and they suceeded-- even exceeded! our expectations.They made things easy with the menu which had differ tiers of prices and food selections. After the meetings in which she and her groom chose their options, then confirmed (and even changed some of their options) everything was set and we didn't have to worry about the catering again, they took care of it all-- set up, service, clean up, etc. and we never had to give it another thought.The food was delicious, as always, and we really can't say enough about how well everything went and all the compliments from our guests.We have also attended a few in-house events at Salvatore's that we have always enjoyed.We highly recommend Salvatore's Events & Catering, you can't go wrong with this gem of a place in South Hills!

Was there for a love one's Funeral lunch in. The food was out of this world. I had the chicken,pasta . The Menu was Roast Beef chicken breast carrots salad.I'm bread. The Service.Was excellent. Would recommend the hall for Wedding parties they were very professional and the place was beautiful.

Wonderful place to hold an event.The food is fresh and delicious. Staff are very professional and helpful. Hats off to them all.

Catering was great delicious food especially the raspberry white cake. Plenty of room. Lively waitresses
