Great casual vibe, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very high quality ingredients and dishes, well prepared, and a nice variety of things. We’ve done brunch (amazing!) and dinner, and it’s a great value as well (a no-tipping business).

Have had some great meals recently but this was easily the best. Assassin pasta was the highlight of the courses

Really cool vibe here, the food was a little oversalted for my taste but tasty otherwise. I'm not sure if the kitchen was backed up but it took nearly an hour for our mains to come out, even though the restaurant was maybe 2/3 occupied. Would definitely give them another shot, make a reservation if you can!

Wonderful dinner! The macaroni was unlike anything I’ve ever eaten with a nice spicy crunch. The bank robber fizz was a delicious and refreshing nonalcoholic drink, and the chocolate butterscotch brownie was well balanced. Welcoming service with a cozy setting.

We had the chance to eat at Senza for dinner tonight and it is easily the best meal we’ve had in Pittsburgh. The atmosphere is very well thought out and inviting. The menu is small and each dish clearly has a lot of intention behind it. We had the squash bruschetta, Spaghetti all'assassina, and pork shoulder with chanterelles and risotto. Each dish was perfectly executed with a unique balance of flavors. The portions were large and the value of the meal was outstanding. I highly recommend giving this place a shot.

Fantastic new restaurant in Etna! Nicely decorated, comfortable surroundings with great service. They make you feel like you are dining at their home. Matt explained the menu in detail. His wife Jess does the cooking. And is she talented! Don't miss the bass! One of the best seafood dishes I've ever eaten. The crab and avocado appetizer was unique and flavorful. Limited adult beverages. Wonderful chocolate cake with caramel. Highly recommend this new restaurant! They also have a no tipping policy.

Great service, warm atmosphere, and delicious food. They have gluten free meal adaptations and often have gf dessert items in their case, which is an extra special treat!
Beautiful place for a Sunday brunch. Local ingredients, freshly made pastries, amazing service. A gem in Etna.

We found out about Senza when I saw a post on a food blogger’s Instagram and I’m so glad we decided to check it out! This is the perfect local restaurant for Pittsburgh. The food was delicious (the puff pastry appetizer and apples with manchega and s’mores dessert were phenomenal), ambience was upscale and classy but also warm and welcoming, and the service was good. We will definitely be back!

Honestly, 10, out of 10. We went for Saturday brunch and the food/service was amazing. Matt and Jess are excellent hosts, chefs, and human beings.
The interior aesthetic is welcoming, soft tone colors, and beautiful artsy corners. The food however, is the true show. Both main course and deserts are on point. Highly recommend.

My wife and I loved our first visit to Senza. The atmosphere is very welcoming and polished, and reminded us of favorite spots in our former home of Brooklyn. The owner, Matt, was super friendly. We enjoyed the snow crab omelette and the BET breakfast sandwich. Both were delicious! Great service and food, we look forward to coming back.

The food was delicious and the vibes were great. My partner and I felt taken care of in our brunch experience, but not overbearingly so. We will definitely be back again!
I’m almost speechless. I haven’t had a good food experience in Pittsburgh in years, since New Lawrenceville happened, since Cure closed, since forever.
The menu was incredible, I had decision paralysis. I ended up with two small plates that blew my hair back. This salad was, without exaggeration, the best salad I’ve ever had in my life.
Additionally, my friends and I were not planning on a more upscale dining experience that day. We rolled in, sweaty and wearing trash clothes. We were treated so kindly and given so much attention. The staff is exceptional.
The care and attention put into the menu was similar. As the waiter was explaining how they decided on menu items, I could tell this food was a very intentional labor of love. I will absolutely be back- gnochetti with yellow fin tuna?? Yes please!
How lucky are we to have this gem in Etna!
