Dragon poke bowl is misleading. the description says it includes unagi (eel), which you pay extra for, but they just mean eel sauce. Don't order it expecting eel. It's only the spicy ahi tuna as the protein.
Try their Lemongrass Shoyu Ramen with Pork Belly. While it's not authentic Japanese ramen, it's an excellent fusion of Japanese and pho-ish soup. I love it! If the staff learns more about how to cook ramen noodles, it will get better.
Shaka is a Hawaiian-fusion restaurant inside City Kitchen food hall. Its menu lists a variety of foods such as poke bowls, kalua pig, and ramens. To order, customers may scan the QR code on the table, use Toast, or walk up to the cash register.

I ate one lunch here. My Hawaiian surf and turf contained tasty chicken, shrimp, rice, and vegetables.
