Alright I’m updating my review. First time here was mediocre but the company hooked us up with a gift card so we tried again. Second experience was much better. The food was really tasty and the service was great. A little on the pricey side but the burgers are the best smash burgers In the city.
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews because our experience was pretty good. This was my second time having shake shack ever, and I had it long back in New York, so I didn’t even remember what it tasted like. At the end of the day, it is a fast food restaurant, so I guess you have to tame your expectations. Got the double burger with bacon, and it was amazing. Best burgers in Pittsburgh in my opinion. They’ve been slammed every time I been there because they’re the only location in Pittsburgh but it’s worth the wait. It’s not chic fil a or any other place where you’ll get the order in a couple minutes but I think it’s worth the wait.
